We offer three shipping options:
GROUND SHIPPING: There is a FLAT $10 rate for all shipments within the 48 contiguous United States. Please expect packages shipped ground to arrive within 7-10 business days. All weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.
2nd DAY AIR: There is a flat $25 charge for all 2nd day Air shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Please expect your package to arrive on the 3rd business day following placement of your order. All weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.
OVERNIGHT: There is a flat $45 charge for all overnight deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders placed by 12 p.m. pacific time will be processed and shipped that same day. All weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.
SHIPPING TO HAWAII AND ALASKA: There is a $20 surcharge for all shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Such shipments can only be sent ground.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please contact customer service directly via telephone at 805-560-7424 or via email at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for all international shipments. We will do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery when possible.
ITEM AVAILABILITY: We make every effort to ensure accurate inventory is reflected on our site. However, in the event an unforeseen stock outage occurs for your particular item, we will contact you within 24 hours and your card will be refunded.
SALES TAX: Sales tax of 8.75% will be charged on all purchases shipped within the state of California. All other purchases are tax exempt.
